From SPECTRA -- official sounding propaganda - Questions for you

An HR sounding troll just made a post on the Spectra layoff page titled OFFICE SPACE - BASIC THEME: everything is going as planned, everything is awesome , please be gracious and welcome our new comrades from Enbridge ( coming to the galleria will be a big change for them- Enbridge ).

Questions for Enbridge: which departments are seeing co-workers quitting as mentioned in prior posts.?

We hear rumors of lots of Churn– turnover in accounting , lots of overtime, what is the truth.

Please no HR TROLLS need to respond.to this.

In Toronto, they flatten the org by calling positions redundant, remove good employees, keep bad employees, give managers and supervisors far more reports than is healthy or workable all so Al can say there's only 5 between him and front line. They allow a brainless VP to realign everything - who you know is more important than what you can do, safety and accountability are all over the map. Morale is low and if people aren't leaving yet, it's not because we aren't looking, it's because we want the next package.

The best thing about working at enbridge is that they don't announce anything until everyone already knows, and then they proceed to scold us for already knowing. Lol.
