Well, Secor is out and I say good riddance. The guy was a jerk from the day he walked in this place and did us no good.
All this song & dance is to appease the investors. Stock has been underperforming for the past 3 yrs.
Well even with the increase in number of shares, they add together won't worth as much looking at the share price now. He would get what he deserve
And good old Dennis was granted 2483 shares of stock back on 12/22/16 filed with the SEC on 12/27 bringing his shares to 75080. (Ref SEC doc 0001127602-16-070924)
Dennis secor's annual package is built on costing people's job and families. With that money you can hire so many people that does real work instead of an a-hole that screams at people

He's how I knew the culture totally broke in that place. Someone walked into his office and he literally cursed them out and yelled for them to "Never f*#cking walk into his office again" that and the douchebag asked for a giant TV in his office.
He is priceless so no way will Guess take him back. Look at how much fossil share price dropped since he was on board. All goes to his personal pocket I guess
