This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Why I still work here I don't know. People can come in late every day and not get in trouble. If you are not under upper managements desk then you will not move up within the company. Plain in simple. If you're upper management or HR on here look at everyone's days off compared to PTO hrs. There is no way people can miss a day a week every month and still have time for a 2 week vacation. Amazes me they'll target certain individuals and overlook others doing the same thing. My time here is about to end and about to quit. Why I've worked years here is beyond me.

Careful with names, guys, not allowed at this site. Made that mistake few months back, and site admins nuked all my posts, and banned my IP. I'm on proxy now, super slow.

The FMC ethics committee needs to look at the Facilities managers. HR is covering up for them.
This is absolutely true, the corrosive tentacles of the administration have been allowed free range for far too long. Experience does not matter, as long as you kiss the ring.

You should look at the shop floor. People be coming in late every day but don't get written up. But then again they have extra soft knee pads.
Why should he quit, waiting for the no good management to get cleaned out! That's the problem with FMC not the workers!

Hey bud got tired of the moron managers and the buddy system myself . I'm too damm straight to blowing managers, and too good to put up with there sh--. Something that helped me was something people keep saying there is life after fmcti .
The ethics hotline is a joke! Know people that went that route - nothing done and you are then on their list as a trouble maker.
You are so right! FMC does not want people that work or make noise about people that do not work. Once they put the title of manager they stop working. FMC breeds corrupt managers.
