Heard that rated 3 employee in the Dec, will be let go before
they can vest their RSU in March 15, is that true? Any comments?

All speculations. No truth. Most Managers won't be 1 for sure. Axe will first fall at the top :-). Normal employees should be less worried...

actually many managers rated themselves 1.
How is CEO rated?
In avago, employee was rated as
1 - execellent
2 - expected
3 - bad
only few people were 1 and 3. If you are 3 and hock decided to cut resource, then you know what will happen
What do you mean by rated 3 employee ??
Do you mean 3 employees - which site ?? which BU ?? what rating ?? - if rating was below expectations, then it is very much possible.
