silent layoff plan- Each DM given target to force Min 25 people to resign by March 2017.

the BU HR and PDAC and to coordinate with DM to ensure identified and target individuals are isolated and harassed by them and create fake records of bad performance or issues and made up escalations from onsite etc, so that the person resigns and leaves .

This scheme successfully implemented in fedecx account now being extended to other verticals.

Nonsense company. The CEO who took this layoff decision was thrown out too like flea in milk. That bloody CEO is now Mphasis CEO. Feel like slapping amateur Nitin Rakesh.

freshers come so cheap and after working for few years here they will not able to find work elsewhere as no tech skill is gained.. only 16 hours a day spent with offshre calls another set of half baked frshers.. only fools join here are freshers that too in america

only somebody who is foolish can make him DM better to kick this out he already made big money by enjoying at onsite for more than 5 years

Yes I saw one of my college is working hard and with good technical knowledge , he is handling lots of responsibility. He is good person as well.

However from last week he being harassed form onshore and offshore. He have been told that there is lots of issue with him and no one happy with his performance. PM and DM will give bad report to HR. Syntel is very bad organization. Please do not join syntel.

This is true news. Specially senior who is working on Syntel for long time and have chance of promotion.

It doesn't matter you have H1B and ready to travel. Then are sending report as you not ready to travel. Currently same strategy is started applying for HCLS.
