Does anyone know how to get the facilities department involved? Management is keeping us (facilities) in the dark. A lot of guys are not happy with this new company.

@ look for new job. Really nice answer a--hole. Talk to field service techs. I would say they can put you in right direction. Ask for cards as well.
don't know what shop you in but you gonna have to reach out to your local union organizer. (ASAP)
could also check with a field service tech in your shop, very likely that they're organizing right now. tell him you dept. wants in ----- sign union card, get your co-workers to sign and also get involved. (ASAP)
