1/2 the teams are sitting single digits for the start and there is no sign of leadership in place or even in the building for that matter. Are they cutting all Managers and making them reinterview? I like collecting these fat paychecks for s---ering people into student loans but I'm afraid that can't last long with Traci and April running the whole show. For years a position in Mgt would be posted immediately when there was an opening. We are down 4 AM's and a CD and nothing. There's obviously a bigger plan in place. I haven't had a Manager in months and I'm fine with that but whys the deal? How does nobody know nothing?
