Smell the coffee or you will be smelling someone's a-- while waiting on the unemployment line. Don't think the new owner or management will look out for you or your interest.

When your dealing with techs that came from nothing and had nothing it's difficult to sway them into the possibility of having more than they have. Especially if obtaining it means risking their job. These are technicians that would rather hold on to the hope of things getting better on its own instead of making an actual effort to ensure things get better. These are technicians that are quick to complain but slow to respond. Your dealing with a garage full of techs that literally do not understand unity and power in numbers. Most come from the hustle of the streets afraid of poverty and having nothing. Many don't have the education or understanding of how the corporate world functions. You have techs who want to be a part of something and feel important so a pat on the back from a manager goes a long way in making a spineless snitch feel like he's important. Bronx techs don't have the courage and self respect Brooklyn did. Your dealing with the lowest of the low. The greedy, the selfish, the scared, and every excuse in the book to justify doing nothing for no one but themselves. It's not hard to understand why Bronx could never be unionized when so many have sold their dignity for empty promises and continue to do so. Save yourself the stress and frustration let Bronx burn and move on.
What is an NPS score? Is that the score they assign you based on their arbitrary "job point" system? If so you have a lot to worry about. They've convinced you to play their game and move along like a lemming until they cut you for a contractor. Pay attention- you are on your own. YOU are ALONE there. They will NOT think twice about you being on the "honor roll". The owners are theives and the management is in the same boat as you except they have evidence and thus know exactly how they have to string you along so THEY can remain as long as possible. If it comes down to their kid eating or yours - their kid is gonna win. Every time. It's time for you folks to make another plan. That new guy will move the entire organization to Texas or St. Louis and pay the government fines and make some b---s--- excuse on the cover of newsday before he lets you unionize. I'm not anti union but I've been watching this for a while now from the outside and it's text book. I'd imagine someone with a good NPS score would be able to see this. I'm sorry but your ship is sinking. Please make your way to a life raft as soon as possible.
Love how some take this as a joke...Even with the Dolan's we should have been UNION,but we are surrounded by morons...You Moron's believed those Dolan's and here are the repacusions...No pension work till you're dead,no health insurance losers...And it is funny how those AOM'S,and management tell us it will be OK,they are liars,even for the new company and still some morons swallow it.So all your Dolan loyalty and company a-- kissing got you to this point,We should have been UNION 30 yrs ago.And if you didn't take a package you are offered your a special kind of moron, rumors are you will be walked out with a week for every year or nothing...All because you believed anti-union/Dolan nonsense...
Nothing to worry about until you loose more benefits and ultimately your position is eliminated in favor of those in Texas or DR.
I have a good NPS score so I have nothing to worry about.
