Omnicom has laid off all it's IT staff across all 300+ agencies. This will happen with Office Services, Finance and HR/Recruiting at some point in the near future. They're looking to out source all these jobs in an effort to cut expenses since they've run out of ideas to come up with more revenue and profits for their quarterly reports. Bodies make up a huge chunk of expense so that's the place these simpletons are starting.
