CRAFT WORKERS IN WV HAVE GOTTEN THEIR ISP, not sure how many total its also including assignment, not sure what they are thinking when we have 3 offices in WV that handles alot of the work load, the whole state hasn't gotten it yet but suppose to be everyone. The ones that are right at 60 or over have gotten both the ISP and retirement but either or cannot get both.
