I’m in Kansas City, KS and I worked at WHBM for 3 years in 3 different locations as an ASM. I got a phone call from the DSM 2 hours before my shift was to finish for the day telling me I would no longer be employed with WHBM at the end of my shift.
If anyone in Colorado needs a job Banana Republic and Athleta are hiring in Parkmeadows.
Not sure how many but I heard that 5 WHBM stores in Colorado were effected, also heard the total across 3 brands was over 200. I guess I should feel lucky I was not put on speaker phone.

Same here. I received a call stating I was terminated due to ASM restructure. When I asked for the criteria used or any other reason, I was given none. I'm curious as to how many ASMs were terminated on each brand and state.
Company does not explain layoff or how your position was chosen.
Layoff was told to me via speaker phone call, unprofessional at best describes Chico FAS .

So the CEO made a big deal about right sizing yet there are departments that are filled with Managers who have no direct reports. You get a manager.....everyone gets a manager!! Ridiculous. They will be laying off again before they hit Q4 most likely.
