I need to know right now if we'll have layoffs this quarter here in Roseland.

Agreed. It is real and it IS happening all over the company with the layoffs. Do not bury your head in the sand! Jobs are being moved to the new super centers. All you have to do is look at the internal Careers page. filter on AZ, VA, FL, TX...note the open jobs listed in those places compared to other parts of the country!!
The layoffs are real folks! Offices are closing around the country. Even if an EE was home shored but at some point related to that site they are being laid off. The job is then moved to one of the new offices to fulfill the local staffing promises they made to local governments. Sounds like greed at the expense of not only EE's but all of the clients..
ADP does not care about tenured employees. They want them out! The sooner the better, tenure means you make too much. They don't care about what you know or your experience, they just want you to go away. Even if you are offered to stay while everyone else gets let go it's only for selfish reasons, they want to use you some more until they feel your replacement is trained. This company is treating tenured dedicated employees like dirt. Don't be afraid to move on, there is life after ADP and it's less stressful too. You may not make as much as you did while you were having the life s---ed out of you but you will be much happier in the end.
What do you mean by field associates? Do you mean homeshored?

Sounds like it could be about the office closing update by mgmt. Ironically, the fiscal year ends tommorrow.
I heard N california office and Clackamas Or all have received an email of a conference call today that they all need to attend. Even notified a person on vacation to be on the call. Are they getting notified today those offices are closing???
What about the Aurora colorado location how bad are layoffs and are they going to close?
ADP will be closing many more locations in 2017 while continuing laying off associates in non-closing offices. This pattern will continue over next 2 years as they build tenure in new campuses recently opened.

India mgmt team is fooling US adp from long time and now they are exposed. So US ADP asked them to change their name also from offshore side.
Mostly it will act as 3rd party and there is no concept of One ADP now.
