I need to ask you a few things - are there going to be layoffs, who will be affected, if yes where and when will cuts take place. How about Kansas City.

Surprised they will be doing lay-offs after open enrollment and not before.
More layoffs coming in November 17th. 5% gone Albany on the hit list.

DST s---s! Yearly layoffs are the norm. If you are in mgmt you are golden as they are never touched and continue to hire exec mgmt. All DST is going to offshore organization. Let me say this, you get what you pay for. India associates could care less and are only looking for the opportunity to come to America.
They are going down this week. Several hundred are losing their jobs. It's the new norm for this company.

Heard it is happening in June when the interns are out of the office.... 6/15 - 6/16
April and then again in September. Developers will be targeted in both rounds and as much as 80% could be laidoff as DST moves toward an outsourcing model. Seriously, if you are a developer, start looking NOW!
Yes it is happening and I think it is rather obvious . Everything moving offshore while pieces of the company will be sold off. KC is at risk but other locations will be hit quicker. Master complexity of outdated technology , security and cheap offshore labor....
I've heard early April and it will be primarily developers. They are shifting to an outsourcing model. Start looking now.
