I know that this sounds like a broken record, but some folks are talking about possibly having layoffs in Pittsburgh.

Only the @ss kissers advance, then they piss off the wrong person and are demoted or fired.
I worked there for a few years, and it was easily the most demoralizing experience in my career. That company simply does not care about their employees. Fear based culture, ridiculous amounts of unrewarded OT (like not even comp time), bully bosses, glass ceiling for non-butt-kissers, status-quo, complacent, i could go on an on.
It's happening today. Shown the door after 39 years. No warning, no chance to look elsewhere in the company, just - your job is eliminated, give me your id and laptop! What the hell do I do now?
Not just Pittsburgh, huge cuts around a corner.
