Its glory days are over. Competition is strong. No longer have a corner on the market. People like Robert Gould let the established management from Kansas stay. he should have cleaned house and brought in some NY, London, Paris, Zurich and Singapore gurus to place a 30 year technology plan in place. instead a bunch of locally educated Kansas boys were left in charge, and they cant compete with the big city guys. Dst will be sold off, bit by bit, as the earnings decline, so it looks like there is profit. they got distracted and started rehabbing old junk buildings in KCMO. why real estate??????

The company is being "cleaned-up" so that Hooley's big brother at State Street can buy it.
Well DST isn't informative or forward looking as to their plans for you either. Leave and work someplace else, how much clearer can I be? Just talk to people that have left DST over the years...
