I had a great mentor and I am not aware of any workers being laid off. It's bee a while so I am not sure if AT changed things now but they were really focused on workers and they paid really well. Their mantra was to invest into employees and no layoffs were taking place - they thought that if they invest now they may be able to improve in future...
