Buckle up, the bloodbath is starting. AOL have just announced, this time they are laying off 500 people. That's more than 5% of workforce. Not to mention that this is just the beginning. Expect much more layoffs when Yahoo deal comes through. Good luck too all. God bless.

500 aint d–k , I was there in 2008 when they did 5000. I guess it took this long to get small enough to only have 500. Oh well good luck to you all that do get cut and be glad to get yourself out of that dying cesspool of what used to be a good company.
I spent my best years working at AOL. It's just shameful what they did to this company. Good luck to all of you still working here.
They said corporate units mostly, but I guess no one is safe.
