The only reason I'm still here is they pay on time. Otherwise, I would run as far as I could. I can't imagine the work environment with a worse culture then the one I am witnessing in ACS. They lack in everything, from decent managers and a decent reward system to bonuses. No wonder morale is so law.

@1vyw, I agree, everything really did start going down with the acquisition.
I spent roughly 6 years at Austin and got laid off in 2012 just before Christmas. I recall having traveled to Dallas for some BD thing and getting pulled by my boss letting me know that I got laid off. When asking why me, he said he didn't know. All he knew is that it came from above. Certainly about two hours after my boss let me know he got laid off also. Was a rough thing but I moved on for the best. Looking back it was a good thing it happened. Outsourcing its a dying business and all of the old outsourcing big guys are going through a hell of a lot of pain. Even the pure play off shore ones. I work now on the client side and I hear horrible stories all the time from IBM, HP, you name it. In the end it comes with the territory. There were some pretty capable people when Darrel James headed ACS, but as soon as Xerox acquired it all started going south.
Here because I'm to lazy to move on.
