OMG.. this company makes me so mad. Pretty clear that those new to the company and early in our technical careers have no path or important enough to be reflective in the leasership team. 2 VPS promoted (both male). All 4 female Vice Presidents were "lost" in the first announcements. In the 2nd, announcement of those 4 , 1 was demoted, another is a vp but is not on our technical side anymore (so basically demoted) and my VP and another is gone (one probably needed to be per this site. Geez). Wonder how many female directors not on this list get booted, A couple of ladies promoted to directors (finally -from what I hear since their male counterparts have held that title already). So were there any real promotions for any women? WOW!! (and I don't mean "Women of Williams".)

Not all charts are done yet. I suspect there are women in serious VP roles still to come. I'd guess several retirements that are planned (or not) just aren't announced yet, meaning there are some roles still to fill. Also, many senior roles in Legal and HR are filled by women.
JH hahahaha
Yes I am a woman. This is my first job out of college so I am sorry that I am frustrated and vented. JH has been a good leader through all the cra-cra IMO and I h8 not seeing her name on that chart. :(
Be patient. Remember that a leader is not established by title. but by actions.
Call the famous ethics hotline, surely the wait time is several days.
Don't worry- we'll all be fired soon!
Don't forget Allison Bridges
You must be a woman.
