I've contacted an attorney that deals with class action lawsuits for mental and distress in the workplace and they did promise nothing would happen within a year that is a verbal agreement which is legal agreement they have broke that I have gave him all the emails and paperwork they have sent to us as well as these post and he thinks we have a great case for a class action lawsuit against the company he will be contacting us shortly I will be going public with this and you guys will have to sign the paper. Keep your eyes and ears open at the office I will put myself out there shortly and be going around with this paper

So I work out of jericho tsg level 1 customer svce. I am out of fmla and have end stage liver failure .I am within weeks or days of getting a new liver and as a present Altice tells me today they are terminating me.So sorry but based on business needs decided not to honor additional 6 months available from ada. No warning Merry Christmas hope transplant goes well. So if lawyer thinks I can be part of class action he may contact me or I will contact him once we go public.
So then we file a class action lawsuit against the Dolans.
If this all goes through this will be companywide of course there's a bunch of hoops at Barrels to go through in order for them to contact does but if we have a union it makes it a lot easier to bypass the corporate defenses
All of those pre-sale communications cane from Cablevision. That's how they made you stay to protect their exits. I don't think Altice promised you anything. I think Jim and Kristin and all the rest of B3 covered their asses while they got off the ship.
Not sure how much a class-action lawsuit will do but you need to union more than you need a class-action lawsuit . Why is it taking us so long to realize this look at Brooklyn they are untouchable. Lets stop whining and make the phone calls to the union
Good job. I was considering doing something similar since they noted nothing would change for a year but it has. Also all those communications or FAQs vanished with the acquisition.
Isn't crazy how all communications pre sale were miraculously erased.
Is there a way that another department person can reach you? Can you create an anonymous e-mail acct. with G-mail or Yahoo. Something that will not reveal your name. Or maybe this is just for the one department?
