If this Hr lady says "that's a very good question" one more time, I may just vomit.
How can they not know the answers to some of these basic questions????
They've had so many layoffs that it should be like reciting from a script by now!

It is UNBELIEVABLE that a company this size that has regular layoffs is not able to answers questions nor provide the information needed to folks laid off March 31 answers so they can make decisions about benefits sign up before the November 15th deadline. They put folks in this "hung out to dry, work like nothing has happened" position, therefore they should have anticipated the need. Now they need to get on the ball and off the "legal" excuses and get the requested information out.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh darn, I forgot. They want these hung out to dry employees to go ahead and leave so they don't have to do all the paperwork and pay out the severance............................................
P.S. Dear President Trump, while you are building the wall, how about erecting a firewall to India. I know some McK soon to be ex-employees that would be glad to help.
I know!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been pretty disappointed with their lack of knowledge around questions that I would think by now would be part of the FAQ.
