Got offer from Huawei in CA. Seriously thinking if I should stick around for ACT + separation benefits or just jump the ship now.
Any thoughts on how Huawei is?
There is no future in AZ so it would be better to gamble moving to CA. You can continue looking for work after you relocate. The AZ economy is on life support unless you like $13/hr call center work.

Seriously though, if Huawei gets you a toehold in "Silly valley" that doesn't involve an appalling lifestyle downgrade then it may be an escape route worth taking. Once there, you'll probably be able to find other options more rapidly than when you eventually get too expensive (or too male/white/old) for Intel in AZ.
You'll experience a lifestyle downgrade moving to the Bay Area, but everyone has to s--- that one up.

If you are not taking the job offer thinking that there will be packages from earlier this year that are coming up, then you are fooling yourself. Get off the titanic while you you have a life vest.
I doubt any packages going forward. Ask around things are getting really precarious and it will be ugly very ugly.
Huawie is a rocking company. Huge company and aspiring smartphone too. Only reason they are not bigger is US suspects their hardware has backdoor for Chinese spying.

IDK about Huawei but consider the fact the packages that will be offered are not supposed to be very generous like the last go-round. I don't think VSP was all that generous (I ERPed and it was great). If you're ISPed then you could walk around blacklisted for the rest of your career as unhirable. The decision is yours.
