Worked for texted for 12 years, worst company ever only because of the sorry leadership. The company always seems to promote people who are uniquely unqualified to lead. There is way too much good old boy networking.

It's horrible in Amarillo. Recently applied for a spot in ft worth, I had the first interview 5 months ago was told I was going to have a second interview but still waiting for an opportunity I even have a b.s. and can't interview. No job I have ever seen or worked for is so slow in making decisions. Parts are late built wrong and it's our fault resulting in short changed bonuses. Some times we are even turned away from advancing even when supervisors are supposed to have career conversations with us. I don't know if they were waiting for new budgets or the election. Bell management has to realize if people don't advance people will simply leave.
