11 years with the company. Horrible management. Too much favoritism. Micro management. Afraid to discipline minorities. Management never listens to employees when making complaints to HR. Will always back the member of leadership. Extremely poor efficiency do to being a govt. contractor. Shady lower management. Too many people in leadership rolls with no experience in that position.

Poor management???? They have NO management . They stick someone whom they call a manager in an office and they sit there all day and play on their computer. They have no decent kind of dress code either, you could wear anything and get by with it. Some were told about their clothes that looked fine but then allow one of their favorites to wear what ever, some of the slacks some wore looked like PJ's. There was always one person the manager picked on, they never could do anything right. (which) was not the truth. Notified personal and personal was no help what so ever, was told "it is none of your business". Kept clear records of the discussions that was had by the person and personal department. Which I still have in order to prove I was telling the truth. I would start at the top and start chopping that is where it need to start not with your employees! I have plenty more to tell I could go on and on.
