Too funny the company wants us to fill out our goals. Why we haven't had a pay increase in years. My goal for FY17 - 18 is to still have a freaken job!

I refused to meet with my manager and discuss my goals. If the company truly cared about my future they would stop letting US employees go.
My goal is to have a good job at a much better company!
I see we have the same goals lol
