The survey offered primarily lose-lose choices - "would you rather lose company contributions to VIP+ or company contributions to your health insurance plan?". As the survey was not anonymous, I would assume Boeing is determining which choices are most and least palatable to various age groups. This will allow indirect "legal" targeting of older employees. Keep in mind, Boeing would harvest and sell employees' organs, if they could net a profit after legal expenses!
