I work at CVS/Health in AZ and we are currently hiring.... no one has said anything about any layoffs or job cuts..

The AZ facility is a shared services center and many of the jobs that are being eliminated in the corporate offices in the northeast will be shifted to AZ where wages are lower.
That's because that's a new facility

Hi @2qek - who was affected in Illinois - I was not aware the cuts took place there as well.
We lost several in our group too - if you don't know about the layoffs you must be hourly, as the call centers and entry level help desk was not affected.
Illinois was affected also.
We lost 11 positions (7 employees, 3 open positions are now closed and one retiree is leaving and that position won't be filled). This is in IL and AZ. We are lucky that our competitors are hiring.

I guarantee you these cuts are happening. I was one of them. If you haven't been told then your job is probably safe... for now.
