This Ron guy brought us the Agile thing which is a waste of $ and time. most engineer hated it but the don't dare say it out loud. He got canned for wasting Dell's $ I guess. hope they get rid of agile scrumb pos asap or I will be look for a better job lmao

EMC DD can't walk away from agile after spending so much time and money on it, at least not right away. think it's failing miserably as engineers are leaving like flies. Beth has to cut more agile champions besides Ron............... one name comes to mind like Silvia mcfly
Essentially agile makes first level managers obsolete. Scrum master is the manager now so what a manager is to do? Let's make one go away so I don't have two bosses.
Agile/Scrum process is only there to harass employees, does not serve any other purpose.
Agile will continue to be implemented.
