We went to our local Frontier office yesterday. While the 1 office worker was pleasant , she said her training only encompassed signing up new customers. We had several questions which included our latest bill , &, my speed test results on my internet connection.
She went into the tech room & brought out a service worker who said we weren't getting what we paid for . We had a serviceman there within hours to fix speed. He called a supervisor regarding our bill , & , our concerns re: overcharging us was promptly addressed.
Even though I don't like a skeletal crew now in our local office, in this instance, I truly had CUSTOMER SERVICE.
