So sad! I was told today. After more then 10 years. Hard work, loyalty, honesty. Just gets you no where with this company.
With the amount of money they have, they are just very greedy. I'm sure you will here soon that with the extra money they will get they will buy someone else out.
Hope the Aetna Humana deal falls thru for them so all the investors loose out.
Does not matter how hard you work. The management is not profeissional and incompetent. Supervisors cannot even write sentences.

Look elsewhere. Cvs will be to the point you cant understand anyone who works there. I will prob get the ax. In my case it is racist and retalitory.

I am so sorry. I think it's awful they did this 3 weeks before Thanksgiving. Why couldn't they have done this in early Oct? I know there isn't really a "good time". I agree 100% with you, the hardwork, loyalty does NOT get you anywhere in this company. It is the TRUTH. Usually it's political or if your boss likes you or not determines the layoff.
I am sorry to hear this - my husband was laid off as well. I read many stories here about the impact, it's just sad.
