For me in the question of fraud specifically i need to fill out the dtr.
I've done it and submitted a million documents with it that show the fraud. I've heard absolutely nothing in regards to this and it's really destroying my hope on it.
I'm debating calling the doe in order to talk to a human about this. Any advice?
You will receive one notification that your application has been received. Then your loans will be placed on some kind of deferrment -if you asked for it-. Then nothing until they either approve or deny your application. It will be a very long year.

@KatpaqV-1vpf, DTR refers to "defense to repayment" of student loans. Most students' claims are being rejected by the Department of Education, but that may change with the new rules that should be in place by July 1, 2017.
