The company is changing their business focus at end of 2016 and laying off 800+ people. The global HQ is vacating much of their Denver office and sending much of their design, HR, and accounting to Poland in 2017. Beware this place for a couple of years until current management cleans up the last of Lee Mac's mess.

Lee McIntire is a disgrace who got away with filching millions from a great company. Claimed he was retiring. In reality, he just needed to lay low until the dust settled from the CH2M implosion so that he could dupe another company into his failed leadership strategies. Considering his track record he's probably more fit for the public sector where you fail and fail and fail. Lee isn't capable of managing the bbq at a company picnic, much less a Fortune 500 firm.
One has to wonder if Lee and Jacque's performances were purely incompetence or actually criminal. What's the incentive to lead the company when you can orchestrate a $ 21 million golden parachute for yourself while you ship jobs overseas. Pathetic...
Totally agree..these 2 people are the one who destroyed the company. I believe it has always been in their plan.
they should get rid of the head cheeses there who do nothing but sit back and make the big bucks. Losers those cheeseballs. all the dedicated workers let go because of their bad management skills.
Couldn't agree more - making significant changes to the only successful region is either arrogant, misguided or at best a last ditch attempt to clear up the champagne swilling, private club membership legacy of McIntyre and his buddies - many of whom are still employed. They've been told to fix their US mess and applied that last chance fix to the whole firm instead of where it needs it. CH2M spouts about morals and ethics all the time but are very probably the least ethical company I'ved ever worked for - the due diligence on the HALCROW acquisition was far too minimal and as a result they incurred Huge unplanned expenditure .
couldn't agree more all the "changes" in this company are a disgrace and Lee and Jackie need to go FAR away. This once was a great company to work for now it is so beyond horrible, can't even list all the horrible, terrible things about CH2M
WTH is going on with this company? There is talk of even more losses on the highway job and power job. Is anyone managing anything there. Most of the people getting cuts had nothing to do with either of those projects. Now we're hearing of some coverup gonig on about the losses they have to take from the british engr company they bought a couple years ago. Really? Need to clean house in the sr leadership.
The present CEO and the last one have squandered the assets that the company bought over the last 15 years. Halcrow, Lockwood Greene, Veco, BBS and many more. The people who new their business have been removed from the company and the result is what we see today. So sad, I had respect for this company at one time, not now.
Jackie was right there at Lee's side when he was orchestrating his pump and dump scheme. Now the company has negative net worth and the banking group has a lien on company assets. Good job Lee and Jackie on your great decisions with Australia power, Austin Mopac, and Halcrow. Pretty much destroyed a great company.
