Look around your office and ask yourself why so many or your colleagues have acquired serious physical illnesses like cancer. Statistically, the percentage is significant. Likewise for colleagues that have to take medications to maintain their mental health. Our bodies and minds respond to the environment, and McKesson has a sick and unhealthy corporate environment.
Do yourself a favor and be kind to your soul. Leave this place that is wicked and unleashes massive pain and anguish to those that question their wicked ways. It's so sad that when you pour your heart and soul into a job and have management and HR crush everything you tried to do right and they made wrong. There is a better option. Be at peace. Go find that job that deserves the dedication you have and the wealth of knowledge and good spirit you contain. McKesson horrendous software and corrupt insane management will not survive. It is an abomination and does not work and why hospitals have left them dry.
