Does anyone know whether they're legit or anything about them?

You need to call them. This is not a Helpdesk for retiree's questions
Retires medical insurance is Non Creditable stated by Raytheon and to find another insurance ? then why the Insurance
Yes, there are 2 organizations. The RTN Benefit Center is affiliated with the company and coordinates all employee benefits including pension. If you're at or near 65, that is the organization that you will submit your documents to start receiving pension payments.
The Association of Raytheon Retirees is NOT officially affiliated with the company is simply a retiree organization comprised of former RTN employees/retirees.
