Rumor has it that the customer service will be serviced out of DR and TEXAS. AS FAR AS RCC AND EVERYONE ELSE, LOOKS LIKE THIS IS THE ALTICE WAY. ATS?? Haven't heard much?? They had a plan to sign everyone over but people have caught on to the lie. This is why no mention on the marquee or any news cycle. This was a deceptive method to have everyone sign off on their own pink slip, legally. Do not sign anything with ATS, wait for the Union, Piscataway and Bronx, Lodi, Newark, Rockland, Hawthorne, Edison and any other shop, although we all might not agree, you need to see this for what it is, a set up to save money at the employees expense. Each shop will have the brain washed misguided fool that will try to influence others not to go for the Union. Often these employees are shown favor in return for loyalty. We all have gave ALTICE a chance and all they have done is take advantage of the workers by taking away with no explanation. Now they want employees to lose money by taking a pay cut, lose free cable, increase our premiums, take our days and not guarantee anything past 2017. Ask anyone about 2018, no one knows. I find that hard to believe, given their 5 year, gigaspeed project. So Altice has a 5 year plan, but no one knows what happens after year one. The truth is they know ,they just want to keep employees in the dark. The less you know, the more they can make. It's a numbers game, we are all numbers to Altice. A union will give you a voice, it will give all of us power, stability,and job security. If we value our jobs, if we care for our future we need to think for what benefits us as employees and our families. Where there is unity , there is always victory. UNIONIZE ALL TOGETHER, WE ARE ALL ON THE SAME SIDE

Sad you want people to expose themselves I put my self out there and I got retaliated against, I am still fighting for justice, I do not have to put my name out there or anyone else if you want to defend the company defend it go to ats sign on I wish you the best I choose to fight and bring a union in every raise we have gotten is because of a threat of a union these guys don't care they coming to slash just trying to save what we got tired of this company changing rules everyday look at every move they have made since acquiring us it's to save a buck look at the guys that took the package they are out dec 28 might be a tax implication for this year not good
I use to defend this company but the problem is we only change our mind when it's affecting us and nobody has your back and your sitting in the office by yourself on some lie a customer said or a disagreement you had with a supervisor now he's out to get you we do not look out for our fellow co workers they have us battling and cutting each others throat for scrap raises and points for a prize you can get for 10 bucks in a dollar store
Why does that matter elchapo, they are just looking out for each other, if you got nothing else to contribute helping wise keep your A$$ out...SMH

Remember people fios built a new system from the floor up we already have fiber out in our system with extra just in case . 5 year plan OK . They are brain washing the supervisors talking about that we building a new system on top of the old and that ATS is gonna have plenty of work. The reality is cable companies dieing. STACK you money and look start looking for a new job . NEWARK TECHS UNITE.

Union propaganda
It's funny because in the beginning I was all against the union . I believed that we should give this new company a chance .
Now we have no chance nor a future by the way it's going . Union really is our only and last chance. This is a rolling train wreck about to get worse . I never believed in paying someone to talk in our behalf but now brothers there is no choice . Jan 4th and 5th stay strong Bronx and Piscataway . We are all in this together .
Once your in ATS, your benefits will be so bad you'd have nothing to negotiate. Everyone needs to stop this train wreck before it happens. We see what they are doing and we can no longer just stand by while we lose everything. EVERYONE NEEDS TO STAND TOGETHER, WE ARE THE ONES BEING DIRECTLY AFFECTED, MANAGEMENT STILL GETS THERE MONEY AND BONUSES. THE LINE IN THE SAND HAS BEEN DRAWN AND THEY HAVE MADE THEIR DECISION TO MAKE EVERYTHING ABOUT MONEY. IF WE HAVEN'T SEEN IT YET, MANAGEMENT IS NOT LOOKING OUT FOR US, WE LOOK OUT FOR EACH OTHER. WE ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO CAN MAKE CHANGE. UNION IS THE ONLY OPTION NOW, WE CAN'T TRUST THE NEW ESTABLISHMENT, ALL THEY HAVE DONE SO FAR IS LIE AND DECEIVE SINCE DAY ONE.
