Be prepared. Look at the job postings, especially for those that look similar to your own. Postings that happen to get filled are being laid off in a year or less, or are getting filled by contractors. OC is not meeting its goals and is trying to polish itself up for sale.

Yes and you will also find that once you are cut from OC, no one wants to hire you. You are damaged goods.
OC has made major acquisitions in R&A and insulation and with those mergers will come many job cuts. Unfortunately most will be at OC which has been mismanaged for years. Definitely not a stable place to work anymore.
