This topic has been analyzed for quite some time. Due to the nature of this line of business it has taken longer than expected. However, decisions seem to have been finalized. Project managers are in the making. Expect big changes everyone.
So far noone knows, but we all are waiting for the boom to drop, at least it'll be after the holidays..
