He's getting a check in the mail.
It really doesn't matter. It's all make believe that the monitor has anything to do with what goes on.
Lets see.....he has no decision making authority, no enforcement ability and he reports to.......the same DOE that is propping up Zenith until teachouts and closures ate done. Don't expect much from the monitor.
Is he getting the poor outcome data or just whatever management spoon feeds him?
