I worked for cat for more then five years it was a great place, to much process driven non sense, they talk a good game all this cps, 5 y and 8 waste yet they waste two of the most valuable assets people i.e. The skills, and money on any random bull. Cat was a great company I enjoyed my time I considered my work force to be family. Its a shame they used us and replaced us with cheap labour its disgrace full treat people with respect not as number and employ people direct not through agencies so they can exploited even more randstad you are joke and shame on you ripping people off and taking money away from there families and sponsoring a f1 car of who's back did that money come from. Cat was a great company to much click and drinking circles and underhand managers or lack of management back bone bloody sheep more like bring back the uk jobs back to the uk not India they will wreck what we have worked for and destroy the cat brand. It's a disgrace uk jobs to India no bloody way to much smoke and mirrors cat man up and talk to your work force......

It costs Caterpillar less than 25% of the US cost to have the same jobs performed in India. So what's the harm if Caterpillar decides to save money.
