The 4 pages of email consists of 3 pages written by my reportee, who spent hours writing about a root cause analysis that I asked him to write about. When he is done, I apply my manager acyronym filter to increase the length to 4 pages with a lot of 3 letter acronyms (TLA) to give upper management the impression I kmow what I am doing.
