Hi all, I saw on this site they are letting the traffic groups go. Anyone have more information on this? They letting go 1 Media or 111 Crossways?

So people are getting let go while friend of the vp get preferential treatment? Hmmm
oh that's central traffic under customer service. Used to be part of the comm desk before the split of 2013.
Heard they got the option to reapply for newly defined roles, severance or go join the call center on the phones. Their management had issues with the underperformance, drama filled, disgruntled group and underwent a reorganization to save the ones they want by making up new titles and random skill requirements.
Also brought in a call center manager/sup close to their vp to run this group better + save these friends of the vp from the call center world.
The traffic group i was referring to was the one that puts tapes into the IVR system for outages so when customers call in they hear the correct recording for outages etc.
I think they let them all go traffic and weather will be automated they so nice corporate greed bring the humans back we need a union
Not sure of the location but it was done already. I think they had the choice to apply for analyst job in Bethpage or work in TSG or take a severance.
