Bought v35 some years ago. Called several times with questions on set up and later when I added outdoor speakers. Tech guys were great and made it very clear how to install devices I had bought. Fast forward today with some new questions on my system that is several years old. Tech support no where near the guys I used to talk to several years ago. Hard to understand and hard to relay my questions in such a way that the tech guys ( and gals) understand what I am saying. When you think the tech folks understand, they come back with very unclear ideas and instructions on what the best course of action is for what I want to do. It would be nice to call the folks again in (where I believe they were located) Massachusetts . Much better experience yeats ago!!

When you call us you talk to some random guy in Asia who knows nothing about the product.
The company made a decision to save money, not to help you the consumer.
