As a former employee who jumped off this burning ship before Captain Dell came aboard, I found it interesting to hear from my neighbor of two instances just this week of engineers walking in the door, giving their notice, and walking out the door.
It is probably what Dell wants because that is one less person to lay off. Still, serious brain drain taking place in Hopkinton. Even when I was there last year, we jokingly referred to EMC's annual culling as "The Hunger Games." The latest is only a month away and I can't even imagine the level of paranoia and back stabbing happening at Hop HQ.
