I heard if they don't reach their goal for people taking the package they make lessen the number to 65 or so. They want people to go.
I should have clarified. Holiday pay as in those days when you are eligible to make straight pay plus double time pay. Usually it's when you work a holiday.
Holiday bonus has been axed, they notified us by email a few weeks ago that it would be the last time the Holiday Bonus will be paid out.
I bet holiday pay will get axed in 2018. "We find it unique earning triple time pay and no other company does it so it will be just time and a half." Mark my words.
These techs that are moving over... are cutting their own throats. In a couple of years they will be gone. Contract labor is where it is headed.
