Like @KILAvQR-3sri below, I work at ECMC. The place is not the same. Senior leaders are bickering. Org is being run by a committee who don't like or respect each other. The personality of the company is gone. Hardest working executives there have been marginalized. Zenith could work but not with all the dysfunction. The guy running Zenith won't commit to more than a year. All senior management talks about is getting more loans handed to them from the Department of Education. No one wants to do the hard work. A strong company is in serious decline. It's sad.

Our benefits are being cut???
More like signs of paranoia. Not much to be optimistic about when you see all the empty classes and cuts in benefits.
No to the optimism question.
Anyone inside seeing any signs of optimism?????
We continue to witness the execution of The Plan. Student attrition rate is increasing. New student enrollment is falling. Investment in the campuses is non-existent. No meaningful executive action is taken to change the momentum. Meanwhile, the students who get mad and leave or who graduate retain full loan repayment liability (much to the pleasure of DOE), and will soon hear from ECMC after their inevitable default. Watch carefully - its all happening right before your eyes. It is just a question of time....
If Zenith really wanted new students, they would have not let there admissions talent go! Look at who we have as leaders in admissions now! Burkhalter band Cochran are the blind leading the blind. Neither one of them have ever done the job and one is more clueless than the other.
I never saw Zenith as "A strong company." Zenith has been nothing but a SAD, SAD experiment messing with students and employees. There has NEVER been any direction and when management is asked about the companies direction; we are told EVERYTHING IS FINE and things are going to improve. People are not STUPID...we all see the writing on the wall. New students are hard to come by as they see the condition of the campus and current students are hard to keep. Management has never been strong or committed to this failure called ZENITH EDUCATION.
Looks like ECMC's days as DOE's darling may be over. Nations largest guarantor USA funds is partnering with Great Lakes. That can't be good for us.
Don't forget that ECMC makes its money collecting debt from student loan borrowers.
Zenith Education was a place for ECMC to dump it's cash for a write off. Now that ECMC is having a little trouble they won't be losing money on Zenith. They've lost nearly a half billion dollars in less than 2 years and the board of directors are getting impatient.
FIXED: "A scam company is in serious decline."
I think it is salvageable but we need strong leadership.
Unfortunately I agree with this post.
