So hypocritical when Ginni is preparing for IBM layoffs and the disguised layoff of making employees relocate, in the hopes they will quit.

Please do not use my name... A senior exec informed me today that the December RA that had been planned for GTS has been cancelled. His words were: "We can thank Donald Trump for appointing Ginni to his business advisor group."
She's a liar. She has told similar lies to several states, just to get incentives from them, and then not followed through on the number of people she said she would employ there. IBM has lost incentives and been sued over this repeatedly. So it's one con artist trying to con another, in this case. The respectable tech leaders are refusing to attend this meeting today.
Just a drop in the bucket. Don't they RA that many per year in the US?
