Good luck in Tulsa Access

It doesn't matter all big companies are the same. Sooner or later they will chop heads to save costs, they all say they don't but it isn't true. Adapt to it or do something different, like teaching.
This company is one big smoke screen but where there's smoke there's alway fire. More changes to come, stay tuned.
It's a smokescreen, the bashing is being promoted in the back room. Your being thrown under the bus by the top management to keep the board of directors happy.
Hey! They are getting rid of the Access people I actually liked. They have some that are really good and working with us instead of against us like most do. But we are keeping the ones who only bash us? Why aren't we keeping the ones that are good to work with? This is crazier than the 2012+ reorg.
True, it all ready happened in April, why would you not expect more of same!
Williams most likely will get rid of the wrong individuals and keep the ones that don't contribute or continually are responsible for the mess that has been created.
The glory days at Williams may be a thing of the past, . However They are still a good company in a great market. The weight of the debt will probably be a large drag for years, just like the federal governments 20 trillion dollars of debt. Expect more of the same, spinning off of assets, merger rumors and a general downloading of "dead weight" off the ship so the overcrowded boat doesn't sink. Not a bad situation, considering the -alternatives.
The post on IM project costing is false.
Good Luck with Williams. I saw a report stating it had a huge debt of 24.7 Billion, take about having an anchor around you. Wonder if this has any thing to do with the outstanding leadership displayed on so many departments over the years?
Some directed to not charge pet IM projects directly or not tell the bottom people the info to charge their time... and rather expense or charge other projects to keep some "On Budget". Do what you are told!
This s---s for everyone. Need to take a breath and see what shakes out. Hate to see anyone lose a job right now.
Isn't this the time of year Pete is busy hanging mistletoe in the men's restrooms?
Pete has his head buried in someone a-- to protect his job, rest assured.
Where's Pete? He'll lead us through these tough times!!
Go with the flow or you will get terminated. If you don't like it find another job at another company, you don't want to be looking without a job.
We will see just how good these Access dicks are. Not off to a good start by putting an inbred like J.S. In charge. Just listen to him speak for five minutes and you can tell he sniffed to much glue as a kid.
Who said access was the money maker? Access is the idea maker and Alan is f---ing listening to them.
Uhhh...hate to burst a bubble here, but Transco is the moneymaker, not Access. Atlantic Gulf management installed four years ago is amazed at what a cash cow Transco is. Access made money because it was just "former Chesapeake". And, AA is the one leaning on former Access to work out some of these "old timers" who just can't see the writing on the wall. A lot of missing names in JS org chart this week. Access had some talent (as they will be the first to say). They can now demonstrate how smart they are at HQ.
The shorts are eating this stock alive. Growth, what growth?
Williams has high debt, cannot fund growth projects.
Yes, j.s. is an idiot and is in charge but there is a lot of idiots in charge and that is why willys is a biggest joke.
Just putting a idiot like J.S. in charge was insane, what a joke!
Ahhh...Williams is stuck in a period of no growth so the best thing to do is combine operating area and cost cutting no matter how deep. This is the only appealing idea to stock holders and does bring the bottom line up. Williams is fresh out of real growth ideas that will work so access is the next best brain storming idea group. So AA and the boys are counting on them, but w.b.hasn't had the first good idea yet in the west operating area.
I think we all saw that Access wasn't everything it was advertised to be, once the sheets were pulled back. They were Chesapeake's little b--ch. And now they're trying to act like they're somebody. And AA let's them.
Access was the only money maker for Williams in the last 2 years. Get over yourselves.
