You are absolutely right. Anonymous and Nobody either don't work there....or are part of the problem.
Maybe it was their idea to build a 70 million dollar exhibit with rainbow lights behind ice walls. Or remove the vending machines that sold honey buns for 75 cents so "ambassadors" could buy them for almost 2 dollars. Or change the bereavement policy so that "ambassadors" can't spend a few days with their families after a loved one dies.
Just look at the attendance numbers....or the reviews from the guests that actually showed up. I'm surprised there's not credit card readers on the toilets.....yet.
Employees use to love coming to work. Now, they'd rather attend a funeral. Even without bereavement.
