Thread regarding McKesson Corp. layoffs

I'm just sitting here thinking

Oh. My. Gosh. It's the blind leading the blind.

Idiots in my office! Sitting here listening to HR negotiate forcing employees to work the holiday.

=)

Hey, if you wanna see what working for McKesson is like, watch this video

That's my office too. We have a work from home policy that is consistently abused. I don't know what's worse: Having people on the phone non-stop or seeing their constantly empty desks getting dustier by the day. There's even some cow who sits with her feet propped up playing on her mobile phone the majority of the day, week after week. It seems like these people never get let go, even when they're the most deserving. smh.

Actually, I'm not a female. But I am a hard working employee at McK, currently handling the workload of many whilst my coworkers gossip and take personal calls all day, and my manager shows up when he feels like it.

I have a conscience and work ethic, even back when I worked retail for minimum wage. My career will not be limited, as I care about the people we serve. I am not making a mockery out of the thousands that have lost their jobs since I came to this company years ago. I am pointing out what my office is like, this video sums it up. Literally, this is what I deal with on the day to day.

Yeah I'm ashamed to work with these people. Remember when your co-workers were professional?

Wow, if this is how you describe it and, you're posting this and doing nothing more proactive and worse, you have an office mate who posts that horrific response? Yes, McK is really in trouble. There are so many amazing, hard working people who got laid off and this is what they've kept (you poster and the guy who wants to shag her)? Shame on both of you. Your careers will clearly be limited.

It reminds me of Agile river planning in EIS.

HR at McKesson reflects the executive leadership: arrogance and incompetence in action.

@KJXULj7-wxh: Such a nasty piggy.
