I remember a times when this was a great company, when I was actually going to work full of joy and enthusiasm. Nowadays, the morale in Mylan is just terrible, not just us oldies, even the new employees feel horrible. So unstable, hectic, waiting for the axe to drop. With this poor management and leadership with no vision at all, this firm is going down the drain, and taking us with it.

We used to have our first names on our uniforms which made it nice to call someone who was a aquaintence by their first name. Those left when Mr. Puskar left. Now we just say “hi” to people we don’t know but see everyday. Made the plant very impersonal and hurt morale in a subtle way.
Sounds about right.
They only care about the $$$
After 5 years, my IT job at Mylan as well as many many others were outsourced to an IT contractor out of India. Folks that had worked at Mylan for over 20 years now had to train their Indian replacement to qualify for severance. In small towns such as Morgantown, WV where Mylan was the largest employer more than half of the homes are for sale or being foreclosed. Mylan's profits are huge but their greed is much bigger. I personally witnessed Mylan's focus on quality abandoned and replaced by substandard services and manufacturing practices from India and other foreign contractors. I'd worry taking medication made by Mylan as so should you.
We gave up our jobs April 1 2016 in Rockford Illinois for the good of the company. I see it didn't help a bit here we were told we were losing money then the truth came out they were making a fortune.
I don't. Been working here for 3 y ears, and as far I've seen, they have always been treating employees just horribly.
